About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 large tortilla or wrap
2–3 oz smoked salmon slices
2 tablespoons cream cheese (plain or herbed)
Handful of spinach or arugula
½ small cucumber, thinly sliced
½ avocado, sliced (optional)
1 small tomato, sliced (optional)
1 teaspoon capers (optional)
Fresh dill or lemon juice (optional garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
Lay your tortilla or wrap flat on a plate. Spread a thin, even layer of cream cheese over the entire surface. Cream cheese provides calcium and healthy fats that support bone health and keep you fuller for longer.
Step 2
Place a layer of smoked salmon slices over the cream cheese. Smoked salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are great for heart and brain health.
Step 3
Add your vegetables of choice. Start with leafy greens like spinach or arugula, then layer sliced cucumber, avocado, or tomato on top.
Step 4
Sprinkle with capers, fresh dill, or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
Step 5
Roll the wrap tightly from one side to the other, tucking in the edges as you go. Slice in half diagonally and serve.
