About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 Banana (frozen if desired texture is ice cream)
Handful of frozen mango chunks or strawberries
Lemon juice
2 tbs of vanilla yogurt
1 serving size of vanilla protein powder
6 nuts of choice (eg. walnuts, almonds, peanuts)
Preparation
Step 1
Freeze the banana at least an hour before use.
Step 2
Thaw the banana by submerging it in room temperature water for about a minute. Peeling the banana may require a knife.
Step 3
Add all your ingredients to a blender and mix. You may have to add a splash of milk to blend easier.
Step 4
Enjoy!
