Ingredientes

  • 1 Banana (frozen if desired texture is ice cream)

  • Handful of frozen mango chunks or strawberries

  • Lemon juice

  • 2 tbs of vanilla yogurt

  • 1 serving size of vanilla protein powder

  • 6 nuts of choice (eg. walnuts, almonds, peanuts)

Preparación

Step 1

Freeze the banana at least an hour before use.


Step 2

Thaw the banana by submerging it in room temperature water for about a minute. Peeling the banana may require a knife.


Step 3


Add all your ingredients to a blender and mix. You may have to add a splash of milk to blend easier.
